Lysistrata Kupka mistrným a svobodným způsobem ztvárnil Aristofanův
příběh žen, které ovládly své muže. Soubor leptů, který byl zařazen
do sbírek Národní galerie již roku 1913, je v Čechách poprvé nabízen
k prodeji jako kompletní cyklus
v Galerii ART.
Frank Kupka represented in a
masterly and free manner the story written by Aristophanes about
women who dominated men, in a cycle of prints Lysistrata. This set
of etchings had been in the collection of the National Gallery
since 1913. For the first time in the Czech Republic the Galerie Art
is offering the complete set for sale. |
