Kamil Lhoták - Žena a krajina představuje 40 let tvorby
jedinečného českého malíře, grafika a ilustrátora. Portréty
dívek a žen, které inspirovaly umělcovo dílo a tiché
nostalgické krajiny, jakoby uvízlé ve vzpomínkách každého z
nás, patří k tomu nejlepšímu, co v českém umění vznikalo ve
dvacátém století. 50 grafických listů a 28 kreseb z let 1948
- 1989 představuje umělce v jeho nejtypičtějších i
nejmilejších polohách. Převážná většina grafik a kreseb
pochází z umělcovy pozůstalosti, z nichž některé patří dnes
k těžko dostupným raritám. |
The exhibition
Kamil Lhotak - A Woman and a Landscape shows 40 years of
creation of the unique czech painter, graphic artist and
illustrator. Women and girls portraits which inspirated the
artist´s art, and silent nostalgic landscapes as if they
stick in memories of each of us, belong to the best what
arised in the czech art in the 20th century.
50 graphic sheets and 28 drawings from the years 1948 -
1989 show the artist in his most typical as well as in the
most own positions. The major of the graphics and drawings
come from the artist´s estate and some of them belong to the
hard reasonable rarities today. |
