Nesnažím
se ve své práci o dokument v pravém slova smyslu. Zachycuji letmé
okamžiky nekonečného příběhu, jehož jsem součástí… příběhu v čase,
ve kterém my všichni hrajeme nezastupitelnou roli a je jedno, na
kterém jevišti téhle planety právě jsme.
Proto dvojice fotografií v jediném rámu nejsou náhodné, ilustrují
onu sounáležitost, byť byli pořízeny třeba v Jeruzalémě či na
Ground Zero v New Yorku, v ukrajinské Ričce nebo na bretaňském
pobřeží.
I am not trying to make a real documetary. I try to capture the
brief glimpses of eternal story that I take part in…the story of
the times in which all of us play our unsubstitutable
roles and it doesn’t
matter which stage of the world we currently stand upon. Two
photographs in one frame are not a matter of coincidence, they
illustrate the resemblance, even though they were taken in
Jerusalem, at Ground Zero in New York, in the small village of
Richka (Ukraine) or at the shore of Brittany.
